05. Refunds & Returns

In order to obtain a refund, contact customer service by phone (1-800-298-3608) or email (support@thebiolinxcare.com) within 30 days of your receipt of the product.

Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing speed.

06. Before You Dispute a Charge

Your card statement will show this charge as THEBIOLINXCARE. If you do not recognize a charge or have a problem with your order, please contact us first at 1-800-298-3608 or support@thebiolinxcare.com. We will resolve it quickly, including a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Los Angeles County, California, or by video conference. You and Solara Edge Corp each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in any class or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
